Custom-made or personalized items
Digital products or software

2. Return Process

3. Refund

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for returned products that meet all conditions. If a return is approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method (credit card, mobile payment, etc.).
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, including situations where:
The item has obvious signs of use
The item is missing parts or accessories
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10-45 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected by the vendor. However, this time may vary depending on the payment provider and banking processes.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Vendor Responsibility: In cases where the vendor is at fault (e.g., wrong item, defective product), the vendor will bear the return shipping costs.
Courier and Shipping Guidelines: All returns must be shipped using an approved courier service. Customers must provide a tracking number for their return shipment. Sheba Store is not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. You must provide photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect. If verified, we will facilitate a replacement or refund according to the vendor’s policy.

6. Vendor Responsibility

Return Policy Compliance: Vendors on Sheba Store must adhere to the marketplace’s return policies. Vendors who fail to comply with return requests or customer service standards may face penalties, including account suspension or removal from the platform.
Product-Specific Return Policies: Vendors may set specific return policies for their products. However, any vendor-specific policies must align with or exceed the minimum standards of Sheba Store and must be clearly stated on the product listing page.
Return Disputes: Vendors may contest a return if they believe the return request is unjustified (e.g., item returned in used condition). In such cases, the marketplace will mediate and make the final decision.

7. Return Abuse Prevention

To protect vendors and the marketplace from fraudulent or abusive returns, Sheba Store reserves the right to:

Monitor Return Behavior: Customers with excessive or suspicious return activity may have their accounts flagged and restricted from further returns.
Account Suspension: We retain the right to suspend or terminate accounts of customers or vendors who are found to be abusing the return process.

8. Final Authority

Sheba Store reserves the ultimate right to refuse or accept any return requests based on our internal policies. Our decision is final and binding, and we retain full authority over the return and refund process.
