Compliance with Laws: Vendors must ensure their products comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations.
Returns and Refunds: Vendors must adhere to the marketplace’s return and refund policies. Failure to honor returns or customer support obligations may result in penalties or removal from the platform.
6. Order and Payment Processing
Order Acceptance: All orders placed through the platform are subject to acceptance by Sheba Store and/or the respective vendor. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including stock unavailability or pricing errors.
Pricing: Prices for products listed on the platform are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any errors in pricing or product information.
Payment: Customers must make full payment at the time of placing an order. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile financial services (e.g., bKash), and bank transfers.

11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes with Vendors: In the event of a dispute between a customer and a vendor, Sheba Store may, at its discretion, mediate the dispute. However, we are not obligated to resolve disputes, and the ultimate responsibility lies with the customer and vendor.
Legal Action: Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be settled in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes must be brought before the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or claims arising from your use of the platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
13. Termination
Sheba Store reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, you are no longer authorized to use the platform.
